TADA KIMI WO AISHITERU (Just Loving You)International Title: Heavenly Forest
Tada Kimi Wo Aishiteru is one of my favorite Japanese films. A very unique story that portrays how love can work in its very courageous way to prove its existence. Shizuru in the stroy is the quirky looking girl whose hiding a lot about herself. She met Makoto on her way to school when she was about to cross the street. Makoto however has a complex which causes him to shy away from other people, but Shizuru was able to have him open up to her naturally. Shizuru only wants to be with Makoto, without doing or saying anything obvious, Shizuru definitely likes Makoto. Shizuru shares most of her time with Makoto and goes with him in the forest to take beautiful photos together. However, Makoto has feelings for another student in the Campus, her name is Miyuki. A girl with glamor and whose circle of friends came into picture and taken some, if not so much of Makoto's time with Shizuru. Shizuru however has still been very supportive for Makoto, but no longer can she take that she might lose him, she wants to be like what Makoto likes about Miyuki. Like a little girl she seemed to be, she decided to leave and have her self maturely grown in the west. Maokoto then realized how important Shizuru is in his life and decided to look for her in New York City.
About the Main Characters:
Shizuru - was played by AOI Miyazaki. The quirky look of Shizuru has a reason behind it. It was revealed to Makoto that Mizuki is in a very unique condition regarding her physical maturity so to speak. What she exactly told him about was the baby tooth she still has. But it was vaguely explained, that Makoto was not even aware that Shizuru is actually sick.
Makoto - was played by Hiroshi Tamaki. The man Shizuru loved from the very start. The reaso why he actually has this tendency to shy away from people is the fact that he is applying a medicine that doesn't smell good. And he doesn't want people to notice this. But Shizuru didn't care at all because she said she has chronic rhinitis and she couldn't barely smell anything at all.
